As our guest, you will have access to a secluded and beautiful private beach just 0.2 miles from your door (an easy 5 minute, leisurely stroll) via a paved road and well maintained path. This private beach is a very rare find, available only to residents and guests of our small neighborhood, offering a truly unique and tranquil seaside retreat.

Nearby, you will also find the Olympic Discovery Trail and Morse Creek, offering easy access to endless exploration opportunities and exciting adventures.

The living area, adjacent to the open concept kitchen, allows for seamless interaction and is designed for comfort and making memories. It features a cozy electric fireplace, comfy leather sofa, and 65” flatscreen Roku TV, and is an idyllic setting for movie nights, and relaxation.

KITCHEN
Each morning, awaken to the serenity of water and mountain views while seated at the expansive 11ft quartz kitchen island, or nestled in the cozy breakfast nook.

Fill your hiking bottles and enjoy unlimited pure, clean water on demand with our dedicated Reverse Osmosis cold water tap filtration system.

The kitchen features brand new appliances (electric oven and glass top stove with overhead vent, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher), and is stocked with spices, cooking oil, and a complete range of dishes, cups, cookware, utensils, large crockpot, toaster, and blender.

COFFEE BAR
A fully stocked gourmet coffee bar awaits you. Choose from a curated selection of ground coffee, pods, tea, and hot chocolate. An assortment of single-serve creamer and sweeteners are also provided for your convenience.

A Keurig coffee pod machine, Ninja coffee maker for brewing full pots, and electric tea kettle are all available for your enjoyment.

HOME BAR & LOUNGE
If you're a fan of mixology, you'll appreciate the fully equipped home bar, complete with glassware, blender, and mixing tools. Please note that while we provide the setup for your cocktail creations, alcohol is not included, so bring your favorite spirits to craft your drinks. BEDROOMS
Seamount Haven offers three luxuriously appointed private bedrooms, each featuring new cloud-like memory foam mattresses, soft blankets, hypoallergenic down alternative pillows, sound machines, and flat-screen Roku TVs.

The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and full en-suite bathroom, the other two bedrooms each have queen sized beds and share a large full bathroom.

All bedrooms are positioned on the opposite side of the house from the living area and kitchen, ensuring a tranquil rest for early sleepers while night owls can enjoy staying up without causing disruptions.
Each bedroom is outfitted with its own personal climate control, ceiling fans, and state of the art Hepa air filters.

Additional twin fold-down sofa bed with optional memory foam topper is also available in the living area.

* Please note that all our beds are equipped with memory foam mattresses topped with an ultra-soft 4-inch deluxe memory foam topper, providing a plush sleeping experience. If you prefer a firmer bed, this property may not align with your comfort preferences.

All TVs in the home are equipped with Roku streaming devices set to guest mode, allowing you to easily log into your own streaming accounts and enjoy your favorite shows and movies. WILDLIFE
Our serene retreat offers a unique opportunity to observe an array of majestic creatures, including some of the rarest animals that can only be found in this part of the world. From the comfort of our expansive deck, equipped with provided binoculars, you can marvel at the sight of snowy owls, Iceland gulls, bald eagles, smews, and harlequin ducks, each a treasured spectacle in their own right and often elusive beyond our region. There is a family of deer that live in our neighborhood so please drive slowly and carefully.

The experience continues with just a short 5-minute stroll down to the ocean's edge, where the marine world greets you. Witness the awe-inspiring orcas, seals, and playful river and sea otters, all thriving in their natural habitat.

GUEST ACCESS
Guest have access to the entire house, front deck, back deck, and backyard. Garage is used for storage and is not accessible. The stairs and observation deck behind the house are currently under reconstruction and not accessible.

THINGS TO KNOW
- Our home maintains a strict policy of no smoking and no pets to guarantee the comfort of all visitors.
- On-site parking accommodates 2 vehicles, with additional parking upon request.
- The property features an exterior Ring doorbell camera, contributing to a safer and more secure environment during your stay.
-Kindly be aware that entry to the house has a staircase with 9 steps, and there is a large open stairwell on the main floor. Additionally, there are 4 stairs within the home between the bedrooms and kitchen/living area. Baby gates are provided but this layout might not be ideal for those with mobility issues.
